Our apartment is located in the heart of Broadbeach, we are a short walk to Pacific Fair Shopping centre, The Star Casino, Broadbeach Convention Centre, as well as some of the best restaurants and bars the Gold Coast has to offer. Only a block away from the world famous Gold Coast beach, whether it is business or leisure park the car and enjoy everything Broadbeach has to offer.

Guests will have access to the entire apartment, as well as being able to use the facilities of the Avani residences, including Swimming Pool Sun Deck BBQ area Gymnasium

Modern, spacious apartment, secure underground parking, great location - close to tram line and shopping centre. Abundance of toiletries, cleaning supplies (good ones too)! Shower was large and water pressure amazing. Washer dryer was convenient. Comfy bed and good communication with host. Fast reliable wifi, had Netflix. Leaving :( dryer was loud but was fine when the door was closed. A handful of pegs would have been handy to use with the clothes rack, but we managed without.

The apartment is exactly like in the pictures. Really clean and tidy, well furnished and styled. The property is also super close to things you need - nearest shopping centre, Broadbeach shops and beach, public transport etc. Lastly, the property manager had really good communication - gave me the necessary details about the property a few days before I arrived, instructions in how to get in were clear and they were generous to let me have an early check in. Very good service! This is the smallest thing but they just needed a bath mat. I raised this with the property manager and they were very responsive.

The place was amazing.it was very clean and neat,even all the small details like the chilled glasses in the fridge, the bathrobes and all the little extra towels. Very cozy and just felt comfortable being there. Only issue I had was just the dryer, was very loud so I couldn’t dry clothes at night. Other then that everything was fine

We had an excellent stay! Communication and information from the host were exceptional—everything was clear, timely and incredibly helpful. The place was spotless and very comfortable, making it easy to relax and feel at home. The location was perfect and the facilities were wonderful, offering everything we needed for a smooth and enjoyable visit. Highly recommended! Slightly larger bed would be nice…. but that’s being picky

Very homely good sized apartment, really liked the layout and balcony was a bonus. Large bedroom and bathroom with laundry. The little touches gave it a luxurious feel. Great kitchen facilities and again the cupboards had all the basics for cooking oils, salt, pepper etc (not that we did cook) too many good restaurants and cafes close by and walking distance to beach and Pacific Fair shopping was a bonus. Good to have secure free parking for the whole stay as we didn’t need to drive anywhere. The smell of the basement carpark was a bit off putting. Understandably not the owners fault but worth noting as it was like bad sewerage smell.

The apartment was everything we needed or wanted. Location was excellent, diagonally opposite Pacific Fair, opposite The Star and a 5 minute walk to supermarket, restaurants and cafes. So easy to check in and check out. Parking on-site was secure and easy to access. The tram (light rail) was very conveniently located across the road. The apartment was very well maintained and amenities provided were excellent. We were provided with amazing information that was easily accessible by the downloadable link provided by Scott. This information included everything from CI to CO, info about appliances, TV, WIFI. You think it, it was probably in the information package. Our stay was very relaxing and would recommend staying there again.

If you have a car our apartment has 1 dedicated parking space located on level B3. The light rail is also at our doorstep, with the Broadbeach South stop 2 minutes walk away. If you are arriving on the cost by plane, we are less than 30 minutes drive away from the Gold Coast Airport.
